Xiaomi Continuously sending user data to their server by default. to stop, follow the below steps

setting —> Additional settings —> Privacy —>

  1. Notification access —> uncheck Xiaomi service framework
  2. uncheck  User Experience Program
  3. uncheck  Send diagnostic data automatically
  4. Ad services —> uncheck Personalized ad recommendations
  5. Web apps —> uncheck Web apps

To Remove annoying Ads that pop up frequently on your phone

  1. music app —> settings —> Advanced settings —> unckeck Receive recommendations
  2. File manager app —> settings —> About —> uncheck Recommendations
  3. Mi Video app —> Account —> Settings —> uncheck Online recommendations
  4. Security app —> Settings —> uncheck recommendations

These are necessity settings and must do in Xaiomi redmi (MIUI) to use mobile securely. If I missed any, please reply me below.

To Improve Performance on older devices

  1. turn on Developer options
    Settings of phone —> About phone —> Locate MIUI version and tap on it several times
    you will get a message “You’re now a developer!” on your device screen.
  2. Go back to main settings —> Additional settings —> Developer options —> Scroll down to Window animation scale —> select Animation off
    similarly select Animation off for Transition animation scale and Animator duration scale
